Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully disassemble the bike and pack it securely in its original factory packaging to prevent any structural or cosmetic damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger electric bike frames.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the bike for original condition and mileage, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
